「We stay at this hotel every year during our annual trip, and it’s never a question—this is always our go-to spot. The rooms are consistently clean, peaceful, and inviting, and the staff’s hospitality is second to none. We’ve never had a single complaint; they go out of their way to make every stay seamless. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower is pure bliss after a long day. Even the toiletries are a treat—infused with tea tree, they smell amazing and leave you feeling refreshed....

「We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.」
