“Without a doubt, one of my Top 3 hotels in the world! I was very impressed by all the amenities that were included - free valet parking, free mini bar snacks and drinks, and breakfast! Usually, luxury hotels charge you separately for all of those amenities. They even had a personalized welcome note in my room with a box of Arabic sweets. And to top it off, it really is a 3 minute walk to the Petra entrance! Everything was wonderful! ”

“Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.”

“The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the gate to enter Petra. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The sunset views are amazing from the hotel lobby and terrace. Our room is a bit dated and does need improvement. But the staff were all very helpful and polite. Firas was super responsive on WhatsApp and helped us arrange our transportation to Petra and onwards to our other destinations in Jordan. This is greatly appreciated! The breakfast was plentiful and the dining room……

“Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……
