「It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

「This place needs an investor to put some money into it. The bed was very comfortable, that’s the most positive thing I can say. Room numbers printed on a piece of paper and taped on the doors. No batteries in the heat/air remote. TV remote didn’t work. Floor freshly mopped with some pungent cleanser that triggered an asthma and allergy attack and the floor was still greasy.
