This Kins is a hidden gem amongst LA hotels! The rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed. The hotel still has that "brand new" feel which we really appreciated. It's within walking distance to fantastic Koren hot pot restaurants and matcha cafes. We will definitely stay there again!

Loved everything about this hotel and the staff! We had family drive us around so we didn't use the valet. A little pricey for my taste, but no different than parking in NY! Besides that, I highly recommend this small hotel with the big luxury hotel vibe! Can't wait to stay again! 5 stars!

What a fantastic stay at The Kins Hotel! We were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The room was modern, beautifully clean and incredibly comfortable, and much larger than we had expected, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were also fantastic — friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their service really added to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kins and would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at The Kins Hotel was absolutely flawless. Everything was immaculate, and the amazing staff made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. While there wasn't an on-site bar during our visit—the only tiny drawback—they are opening a restaurant bar inside the hotel very soon! We can't wait to return.
