“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”

“My Room, was clean comfortable and welcoming. Had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Food in the bar (Indian) was among the best I've had, service quick and friendly. A good stay. Just as a note the rooms are up steep stairs at the back of the pub which wouldn't be suitable for anyone with a mobility issue”

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience”

“We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. We parked outside the pub & were greeted by the friendly team who showed us the room which had water left out & tea/coffee making facilities. It's everything you would expect from a 14th century inn. “One night stay to attend a wedding. Very nice hotel, very new and very well designed. Not a huge room but it had everything that we needed. Nice comfortable beds, clean , choice of pillows, nice shower . They pack a lot into a smallish space. No problems with noise from M25 (double glazing) Good air con and a very good full english breakfast. And free parking ”
