Great location, well appointed hotel. The room was great, very comfy bed, modern bathroom. Limited parking which was a bit tricky to find - but monitored by CCTV. Great breakfast, lots of choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was fairly quiet, and had all the expected amenities (towels, hairdryer, iron, kettle etc). However, the shower didn't drain quickly enough for the amount of water coming through so it overflowed onto the bathroom floor very quickly. The room was also a bit smaller than expected for a deluxe room. Breakfast was nice, the bar was small but adequate. Overall, fine for a night's stay.

Easy booking, clean space. The parking is a short walk but easy to do. Cost of food is high given that there are local offers. Central location. Would use again.

This a lovely well done hotel with a great decor, we were visiting the Cathedral so perfect for that and the center of St Albans. Hotel is very nice and rooms excellent, the bed was a bit firm for me and my wife but very nice room with everything you need. A few minor cleaning issues with dust in places in room but generally very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the only let down. For £20 each, although quality products they were badly cooked or over cooked and dry which was a shame. But pastries and fruit bowl were good. Definitely go back but probably have breakfast elsewhere.
