「Had a great check-in experience and everything about the hotel was explained. We had booked a handicap room and It was perfect in size and had all the conveniences and more for a handicap room. The room was also nicely decorated, and all the furnishings looked new. We ate in the hotels bistro. The menu is a bit limited in offerings but the food was good.」

「We loved Eagles Nest, the old school charm was refreshing. Very clean, spacious room - super comfy bed. Dinner was great, with probably the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and a decent wine list. Tim is outstanding, very professional and takes his role(s) seriously. We would certainly recommend!!」

「There was a bit of an issue on check-in due to a medical emergency with staff. I don’t want to give a bad review based on that! I’ve stayed at this property before and it was fine. In this instance management stepped in and provided a very acceptable solution at a “sister property” and I’m very grateful. I will stay at Bon Voyage in the future I’m sure.」
