「Staff was very attentive. Breakfast cooked to order and snacks and iced tea and water throughout day were also great. Understanding that the house is very old and quite lovely it still needs somes TLC. We stayed downstairs and carpet needs replacing and rooms are musty. I was very stuffed up when in my room as I am very allergic to mold/dust so assume that either mold or dust was the cause?? Also our tub filled up with water when we used the shower which I reported and they looked into but...

「Staff very efficient; property on outside a bit worn down, could use some tlc. Pool looked clean and inviting, but it rained so couldn't use it. Security parols the whole area, which is nice. Rooms very clean and breakfast plentiful and good.」

「Beautiful, historic hotel. Room is comfortable, bright, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, walking distance to Bay Street, waterfront, shops, galleries and restaurants. 」

「The property is nice and clean! The only things I didn’t like, no ice for the room and a small tv! The bathroom was wonderful, the bed so cozy! The nice lighted makeup mirror was a great touch! Overall we were pleased with our experience! 」

「Prefer more contact although your follow up texts were appreciated. The neighborhood was pleasant but I’d prefer more restaurants close by. Reviews indicated a bottle of wine in the room but I didn’t see one.」
