「The air conditioning works well!」

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「The toilets were leaking, we called and the person they sent took 45 mins to reach. He tried to fix the problem and told us it wasn’t fixable leaving the property unlivable with sewage water all over the property. We told the property owners what happened and they said they can’t help us and they can’t get another place for to stay leaving us homeless in a foreign country.」

「Very wonderful stay and cozy.」

「Nikki the front desk clerk was our saving grace. In spite of a incident that we were not expecting at the property Nikki was a pleasure to deal with. She has a personality of warmth, knowledgably, understanding & accommodating. Nikki deserves a raise. I am sure or at least hope that once The (new) Capri is built this property will have a different selling point that will help them. Thank you Nikki you are the BEST」

「Absolutely horrific. Filthy, dangerous, surrounded by people who look like they were trying to figure out how to stab me and steal my car. If I could rate zero stars, I would, I was literally there three minutes before I had to leave and find something else because I truly feared for my life. And then when Expedia tried to call them to find out what happened, they refused to answer the phone or respond to them.」

「Maintenance guy Carlos was awesome but room had unappealing smell inside and the bed was not comfortable. 」
