「Hotel was experiencing a few issues with air conditioning and maintenance was underway in fitness area. Totally understandable however when checking in staff did not mention nor alert of any concerns regarding either. Only one elevator at the rear of property. Only stayed for one evening and hoping next stay will over air conditioning on a hot summer day.」

「Hotel was clean. Room was good size, bed was comfortable, great TV, good location easy to access and within 30 minutes of Dallas and Arlington. The only negative was the breakfast was cold.」

「Location is fabulous and staff was amazing!! Facilities need a major update. Rooms from top to bottom need an overhaul. Bedding needs to be upgraded, from sheets to lack of comforter or blanket on bed, shower had poor water pressure and barely hot. Air conditioning unit was hanging out of wall in our particular room. Dings and scuffs and just general upkeep was lacking. Great location but this property could be so much more! Staff was great and made the stay enjoyable and can't say enough about...

「The room itself was clean, the lot was well lit and the check in lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. Our door locked but had a gap around it where light, smells from people outside smoking and noise came in so sleep wasn’t great. It was a good value but probably wouldn’t stay again」
