「The room was clean but small. No dresser and not a lot of space in bathroom for toiletries. Our shower faucet leaked at the wall so the bath mat was soaked every time we showered. Fresh towels were supplied daily. Air conditioner needed repairs. It cooled fine but fan was noisy. Pool was nice but very few towels were put out for guests to use daily, maybe 4 to 5 from what I could tell. An outdoor grill is by the pool. 「There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. After staying a day we found a note stating the water was being turned off in the morning for maintenance until with no expectation on when the water would be restored, and housekeeping left my hotel room propped open for who knows how long. I will not be back.」
