"Great motel"

"Not the cleanest room. Outlet near bed didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Ice machine alarm rang loud and front desk was rude about the inquiry. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. "

"We stayed here because I was having a surgery across the street at St. Luke's Meridian. My husband was able to eat breakfast on site which was one less thing to worry about. The staff was great. When the young lady checking us in realized I was there for surgery she offered to change my room for easier access. We didn't need to do that but the offer was appreciated. "

"The bathrooms could use an update. Regular beds were fine BUT, we had a sofa bed that was the worst!! My skinny little grandson was sleeping on it and he couldn’t do it. Springs sticking out, mattress probably 10 years old, no foam left in it. He opted to sleep on the floor instead. I was so upset but had no other options. DO NOT get a room with a sofa bed if it’s a must that someone sleep on it. Made for a long night and a cranky family."

"The accommodations were lovely, communications with the owner/management team were beyond phenomenal. A hot tub was a tad bit disappointing and if I were to venture a guess, there was a large party type tenants right before us, and there was indications at the home was not in as pristine condition as it normally would be, but I honestly believe that is the one off I could not have asked for a more responsive and carrying owner/management team. They even proactively reached out about our thermostat properly working or not thank you for a marvelous day. Should we return to the area? We will look at rebooking this property. I might request you take a look to ensure the dishwasher is working as efficiently as you’d like it too "

"Your front staff employee "Noah" is absolutely amazing. Noah shows patients and has a smile that sets your day in a good way. Noah represents what customer service is suppose to be. No matter what is asked of him he nevef reacts un a negative way. Hes very kind and knowz his job well. Your company is lucky to have such a great asset "
