「On checking out at 5:30 am we had a problem locating the property representative to return the keys」

「The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. 」

「The facility was very well maintained. Our room had a solarium, and we had breakfast every morning in there. The only complaint was that for vegetarians they struggled to understand about proteins. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing.」

Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . 「The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. 「位置位於新城，周邊環境稍靜比老城整潔，但附近沒有什麼餐廳，向火車站方向走10分鐘左右會有幾家不錯的餐廳。走去麥地那大概15分鐘，去廣場大約20分鐘。房間較大，Dar比Raid更偏向酒店式，沒有異味，隔音也好很多。但我們前兩晚住的房間熱水不熱，空調也壞了晚上有點冷，酒店在最後一晚主動幫我們換了房間，熱水和空調問題都解決了。早餐是摩洛哥水準，基本每頓都是吃差不多的東西，餐廳的小塔樓有成為網紅潛質」
