The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious.
The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant.
Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant.
The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant.
The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular views.
Stunning views, amazing room and fantastic staff and facilities. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
Be proactive in asking to ensure you get the most from the resort; the staff will be only too happy to help.
We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The hotel is ahout 10 mins from town, but it is up a very steep hill. The roads are not for the faint hearted and once you are at the hotel you might not want to leave because of the roads. But the hotel is lovely and serves great food and offers tea tasting and cooking demos.
We had a wonderful stay at hill’s and hues. Thank you for all your help with our stay.
Just be mind full that it is at a top of a massive hill it is very steep to drive/walk up there but the hotel is very helpful.
I would recommend.
An extremely long drive ended at the hotel's cobbled stone driveway at midnight, continuously guided politely by Jobin who also welcomed us with a happy smile.More than us,the sigh of relief was on his face.
A beautiful wooden bridge led us to our space giving a feeling of an upscale, romantic atmosphere with beautiful white walls, identically vaulted ceilings and tastefully crafted Victorian interiors with French doors, windows that spilled to a wraparound deck. The result.. luminous and airy interiors, blurring the lines between indoors and out and highlighting the breathtaking view, every bit of which we absorbed and enjoyed during our stay.
The entire experience was enhanced to a greater level by extremely polite and caring staff members, each and every one were so much attentive making us feel special always.
Special mention to Chef Ram and his team for yummm food, attending to us with care and warmth.
Restaurant manager Libin and his team, extremely quick and attentive service, keeping in mind our choice of food and beverages. Their smiles cannot be missed even through the masks.
The hotel's rooms, restaurant's elegance and timeless aesthetic makes for a vacation retreat for anyone to enjoy…. Not to forget the yummmmy food and did we mention its outstanding..breathtaking view and location? And its chill weather
It was an emotional moment when they all came out to see us off…!
