"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Great stay at the Bob W London! We arrived early from Sydney but were able to store our bags safely before heading out. Great location, quiet street but close to everything we needed. Comfortable and a nice retreat from full days of exploring London!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The facilities were well maintained, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The only issue we experienced was with the balcony. There were pigeons regularly staying there, and unfortunately a large part of the balcony was covered with pigeon droppings, making it difficult to use and enjoy the outdoor space. We love animals and understand that this can be difficult to control, but we feel the balcony could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again."

"enjoyed our stay. Parking was very simple. Staff member let us in, gave us our keys and directed us to our room. Showed us where we could use a fridge and microwave if we needed. Room was clean and light. The handle to our bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t shut it from the inside. No very nice if someone uses the loo. Cups smelt a little so had to clean them. Besides that we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wi-fi and smart Tv a bonus. Very good price and would stay again."

"Property was a bit strange from outside has it did not open until 3pm when the bar opened it was closed again early so no food in restaurant available. Once closed the only people in the building were guests no staff. Although it didn't look great outside the rooms were very nice and well equipped. Overall good stay for one night and plenty of places to eat."
