Everything was great and the staff was wonderful. The only thing that was a little frustrating was there was only one elevator. That made getting up to your room and down to the lobby a little slow. There are a lot of amenities and restaurants close by. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. I love that the pool was inside as I could swim when I wanted, and the exercise room was helpful when I felt like doing a mini workout. The breakfast was really good and the staff made sure there was an abundance of everything to eat. The hotel felt very secluded, but was near a lot of restaurants and stores. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

Seemed like checking in took long. Then I was informed the elevator was not working. I asked if there was a room on a floor lower than the fourth since I have an injured leg. I was told no. Later the desk clerk asked about my stay and I informed her again I was upset about the elevator situation. She laughed at me which I didn't appreciate.

I don't think that cleanliness was the top priority in that motel It wasn't the overall look. It was the actual cleaners. For the money spent on the room, it should have been spotless. Bathroom floors were dirty shower was dirty. The first night in ants in the bathroom . The front desk quickly resolved and moved me into a different room. They were great. The breakfast lady was great. But overall, probably we'll choose a different place next time
