They should make better hotel recommendations. In my case, I couldn't even take a bath in that hotel because the bathtub was dirty, full of cockroaches and mold, the mattress was old, and there were many other problems. That Quality Inn hotel should be shut down.

This was the worst stay ever. It started with a rude receptionist. We had trouble getting the door unlocked. The room is in very poor condition. Some outlets didn’t work and there was no light over the sink. The faucet is loose and the tub looked rusty. The water is hard and foul tasting. The bedding didn’t look washed and there are blood stains on the left side. The pillows are limp and the coverings ver thin. It was a cold night and I shivered all night. There was no breakfast, just coffee. The TV and remote needed the receptionist to turn on and we couldn’t change channels. The refrigerator didn’t work. The only good I can find is that we didn’t sleep outside.

The Room was very dirty and smelling. There was no blanket in the room,. For breakfast there was no basic food like bread, waffle syrup, fruits etc. Front desk lady said they are out of stock for days.

Room was horrible which I took pictures of. Mold, tiles missing from bathroom wall, holes in wall, no sink or tub stop, then again, I specifically filter my search including breakfast... this is the 3rd time where breakfast is not being offered or had no breakfast items available. Trash outside on ground, adjacent room played music loudly from 1am through 3am. Staff was fine but this is well beyond even a low end hotel.

The lady at the front desk was great. However my room was absolutely disgusting . There was bugs everywhere. The comforter was not clean. The light over the sink was out. The closet door was broken. Hotel was under renovation and it looked the part. Additionally, the clerk informed me there was an additional $50 deposit, in case of damage to the room. I told the clerk that was not disclosed prior to my making the reservation. She said, because I make the reservation through a third party, the hotel's policies were not known to Expedia. I saw that as something of a bait and switch. It seems very unprofessional for Expedia to provide booking and not have visibility of the hotel's policies!

The tub looked like it had black mold. Lots of black in it. No light in bathroom. No toilet paper. No lamp shades on lights. No bed linens, only sheets. Worst hotel room in 40+ years of travel. Will send pictures if you'd like. We requested our money back. They said they credited my account.

Could have been better

The rooms were not the cleanest. There was no mattress pads on the beds, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. There was mold in the bathtub. They had no ground floor rooms available which made things hard for me to navigate the stairs.
