"Excellent location. No parking at the hotel but parking just around the corner at the QPark Byzantine. Parking is expensive but that’s just Amsterdam. The hotel was lovely, bed comfortable, room clean, shower was good … it’s pricey, but again… Amsterdam. Would stay here again"

"Great location, hotel is modern and well maintained. Service desk staff were excellent, Georgia and Gilberto were very professional and helpful. Drinks at the bar were wonderful! Sam and Angelo were very friendly and provided great service. Will stay here again! "

"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"

"Hotel was in a very convenient part of town by the museums but it was very tired and needs updating. Our ridiculous “upgrade” room was a 2story with a super steep metal staircase and zero space to put bags. Would not stay here again. "
