Hotel blackout, promised refund missing
The hotel had a blackout on 2 January. No electricity, weak freshwater supply were available. My family had a triple room and the staff promised a refund (tax inclusive). However, no refund was received thus far. Otherwise, the staff was all very helpful. One helped us to carry the baggages down from fifth floor. The other front desk staff, Michael, has been great at helping us find a triple room.
