“Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.”

“La réservation a été facile est le processus pour avoir de l’information était parfait! Dans l’ensemble c’est bien ! Et propre ! Paraît beaucoup plus grand sur les photos mais pas exactement pareil pour le salon avec le foyer qui n’y est plus. La cuisine aurait besoin de quelques ajustements, portes qui grichent et mal ajustées ! Il manque également de surface dans les 2 salles de bain pour y déposer nos affaires ! L’emplacement est super à 2 minutes de Blue Mountain ! Dans l’ensemble un beau……

“Good location for accessing the Bruce hiking trails. The unit was fairly well equipped for the kitchen. The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). Fireplace was also not accessible as per the notes provided. (No remote). The hot tub beside the swimming pool was filled but only Luke warm. The duvets on the beds were winter weight, so we woke up often to take the duvet off or on. A light……

“The place was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was good. Our biggest complaint was the kitchen. Oven and stove have no numbers on the dials (they’re completely worn off) so we weren’t able to cook our meals without risk of burning or undercooking the food Dishwasher: the pod from previous use was still in the dispenser only slightly melted (noticed this on leaving when we went to reload the new pod) No stopper for the sink to wash dishes as you go. Fridge froze all our produce :( Couldn’t figure……

“The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch.”

“Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium”

“The air conditioner was noisy and kept waking me up all night long. Also had to answer more info to another company inoder for the security deposit. Expedia should handle the money portion of the transaction ”

“very nice place to stay great location the ability to just check in easily and check out easily as phenomenal. However, the ad is misleading. It does say that the place comes with a washer and dryer however, this just leads to a paid wash and fold in another building the one complaint I do have is that there was a lot of dust, including in the fans in the washrooms and also the fans in the rooms. The pool was very good however, they only had one hot tub open. also, the large triangular window……
