“Very friendly and efficient checkin on arrival.
Heating all switched on in room, when we arrived so was wonderfully warm.
Christmas stocking with some "Goodies"hanging on our bedroom door-knob on Christmas morning.
Excellent service throghout our stay.”

“We stayed with our grown up children for a night to catch up and relax together. The hotel is lovely and spacious and even though they had a Christmas party going on we didn't feel that we had been pushed out. We ate in the bar in the evening and the food was good. There was a minor hiccup with the order but resolved with no fuss.We used the spa facilities which were all clean and working. We had to wait to use the sauna steam and jacuzzi, it was quite busy and there was no restriction on the……
