Relaxing

Our 2nd time staying at L’Abbaye and the stay was just as lovely as the 1st, 2 yrs ago. The owners Pascale and Thierry are lovely people. We love this place, so quite and relaxing time. The area is very rural but we like this and it’s so peaceful. Pool and area is fab.

Quiet, rural, peaceful and nature

Our experience was wonderful. From arriving and meeting Pascale and being shown around the property and the gorgeous pool, such a great addition to the holiday. Although our French is very little and Pascale said her English was very little we managed really well and we had a laugh. We met Thierry her husband, who spoke really good English which really helped us. They were so welcoming and helpful. We had lots of bird song and the farmers cows as neighbours and it was idyllic. This place is very rural and if you want a blissful holiday, this is for you. We were just a couple and it was just a nice size for us. Pool and surrounding area is fabulous and we even made a friend with a tiny lizard we saw, amazing time. Thank you for a beautiful stay and it was a pleasure to meet you both and your lovely son xx

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le gîte est très mignon, la piscine très agréable. Nous avons bénéficié d’une documentation et de renseignements sur la région. Pascale et Thierry se coupent en « quatre » pour leurs hôtes. La région est très belle, proche du Marais poitevin, de sites médiévaux et la mer n’est pas si éloignée que cela. L’environnement et l’approche de la nature de nos hôtes, le partage,… ne peuvent que donner l’envie de revenir. Nous le recommandons avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme et de chaleur.

Superbe propriété au calme, idéale pour 1 famille avec enfants. Très bien équipée, propre, confortable et décorée avec gout. Nous avons passé un super WE prolongé de l'Ascension. Un petit coin de paradis

Détente et calme dans le bocage. Une semaine n'a pas suffit pour effectuer toutes les visites et découvrir la région. Nous avons adoré la grande piscine et le charme de la maison ainsi que l'accueil de Pascale et sa famille. Ils ont fait preuve d'une grande discrétion et nons parfaitement guidés dans la découverte de la Vendée. Site idéal pour les enfants. Nous sommes impatient d'y retourner.!
