"This was an ideal location for our visit to downtown Kingston, just a 5 min walk to downtown, but just far enough away to be nice and quiet in the evening."

"Not as shown in pictures. Bad area of town we did not feel safe there or leave anything in our car. No AC. No basic cooking supplies. Ants in the kitchen. We left after 20 minutes.Don’t rent this unit. "

"We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!"

"I really did not know what to expect renting this, but I have to stay it was the perfect spot. The apartment was clean, airy and extremely comfortable. The marina is small, quiet and efficient. The bar was small, but it brought a smile to our faces seeing and hearing small gatherings laughing and having a good time. Whitney is a great host and always working hard to keep the place maintained. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay here! Location was not too far from the tourist attractions we wanted to see. The kitchen, dining room, beds & wifi were all good. The shower was great. The only thing we'd improve is to add more seating in the living room. Communication with the host was fantastic!"
