「Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram. Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely. Only quibbles would be: - could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area - we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm - they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. 「A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.」

「There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! 」
