Piper's Point on Lake Julia

Are you looking for privacy? Are you looking for zero boat traffic on your lake? Are you seeking a peaceful and secluded property with no prying neighbors? Do you want to water-ski whenever you choose and expect the lake to yourself? Fishing without the boat traffic? Would you like an affordable executive lake home with all the amenities imaginable? How about all this an only 8 miles from town? Seclusion, privacy and peace of mind? Want to totally unwind and slowly reboot?

Welcome to Piper’s Point! A beautiful lake house nestled among stately whispering Pines, located on Julia Lake in Three Lakes Wisconsin with 1000' lake frontage. There’s plenty of room in these 4 bedrooms, sleeping 6-8 guests. Piper’s Point has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you will need to cook and serve meals for a large gathering and provides seating for 12 people in the kitchen dining area. There’s also a laundry room, loft area, screened in porch and an open concept great room which boasts a beautiful 2 story stone fireplace.

There’s satellite TV, games for the kids and internet access. Piper’s Point has it all; seven plus wooded acres, lakefront access with sandy shoreline, and a dock that will accommodate 2 boats. Gather around the outdoor fire pit and toast marshmallows, or play a game of bags in the regulation pit in the back yard. Go for a swim in the warm, crystal clear waters of Julia Lake (404 acre lake ), or just sit back, and relax and take in the serene beauty of this property. The fishing is great on Julie Lake, so don’t forget your gear! This lake is full of Walleye, Muskie, Crappie, Small and Large Mouth Bass to name a few. This home is located on the marked State trails for snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts to enjoy, and only 8 miles from downtown Three Lakes to enjoy the shops and restaurants that this area has to offer. Piper’s Point is a great place for you to gather with friends and family for your next vacation, family reunion or quiet getaway. Rent a boat or bring your own. You will have Julia Lake almost entirely on your own!

Relaxing vacation

What a great place to stay and just relax and unwind. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and had plenty of room for our whole family. Location was perfect and remote. The fishing on the lake was amazing. The host was so helpful getting us a canoe to use last minute when we had issues with our boat trailer. He really went above and beyond to help us out. I will for sure be staying here again. This was a phenominal property. The

Excellent place to stay on Julia Lake

Wonderful location, big comfortable house with a complete kitchen. We cooked every meal during our 4 night stay and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit and lots of firewood supplied by the owner. Upstairs bedrooms were nice for the late sleepers. Absolutely recommend! Note that the owner does not include any boats, kayaks, etc. Manager can provide them for you, or there is a rental place in town (Three Lakes)

Had a great stay at pipers point

The house was great and exceptionally clean. Comfortably accomodated our family of 6. Kitchen was really well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Modern appliances and a gas grill made cooking easy. Great views of the lake all around us. The lake was very clean and good for swimming, tubing, and fishing. Property manager Rich was very attentive to us and readily available if we needed anything.

It's a nice property and is very isolated on a quiet point. Rich was easy to work with, though we didn't need to interact during the week. The property is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and we had no issues. I would not call this a luxury property, but everyone's definition of luxury is different. We will absolutely look to rent here again.

Great place, great location

Took my in laws and my family up for a week. The house and property were fantastic. Rich was easy to work with. Had no issues other than a burned out light bulb. Nothing that they did. Great being on a private lake. Tough fishing lake, but still enjoyed the time to unwind. On the pricey side, but had everything we needed and wanted.

Great property in a gorgeous location!!

Great home in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. The house is well-stocked with all the amenities needed for a week away from home. Plenty of space in the home for big family. Gorgeous lake for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Sitting by the fire and stargazing were also a big hit with our family. Rich was wonderfully attentive for check-in and any other questions we had. We highly recommend this property to any family looking to connect with the Northwoods.

Beautiful, peaceful Pipers Point

We had a lovely stay at Piper's Point. Private setting with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin has lots of room for family to sleep, eat and play. The fishing wasn't great, but we made up for it with swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and walking in nature

Great place to get away, very private we loved our stay!

We really enjoyed and loved our stay. Only downfall was not having a watercraft for the trip and the lake looked awesome for that. Have to call at least a few months in advance to reserve one. We made the best of it with kayaks and floats and were able to enjoy the water. Would definitely come back for another stay! Thanks Mark!

Excellent escape into the northwoods of Wisconsin

We loved our stay here. It was in a beautiful setting. Amazing location. Great pier. Super clean. It is everything you would want from a northern Wisconsin rental. Mark was fantastic to work with. We had really poor cell reception driving up to Three Lakes and Mark was very flexible as to when he could meet us to check us in and give a tour of the property. It's very clean which was important to us. With the pandemic going on, cleanliness was paramount and it was super clean. We loved it. We traveled with my elderly parents and they were very concerned about the virus. They had no issues whatsoever up north. Extremely clean and comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location. Part of the fun of the place is the drive to get to it. It's waaaaaaay off the beat and trail which is perfect. The house had 4 bedrooms and an extra room if we needed it for sleeping (which we didn't). Nice kitchen. We cooked most all of our meals in the house and it worked great. Had a nice fire pit outside that helped keep the bugs away. The main reason you would reserve this place is the location on the lake. The pier was perfect. The entire time we were there we only saw 3 other pontoon boats and 2 fishing boats on the lake. It was like we had Julia Lake all to ourselves. Perfect for the vacation. The only issues we had were that there is no air conditioning. Usually that is not a problem up north but it was unseasonably hot. That made sleeping an issue. If the temps were normal, no big deal. But it was in the upper 80s until late in the day and that made the house really hot. That, and the internet is spotty. It would cut out a lot (common issue up north). For those of us that have to stay connected to the real world to pay the bills, we need reliable internet. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. Location cannot be beat. We were happily return next year. Highly recommend it!!!
