“Well the overwhelming smell of weed for our stay was not our biggest concern. It could have been either the fact that no one made sure the door on the end stayed locked and shut all the way or that I requested a room for 3 was given a king size bed and told a cot wouldn’t fit in the room. We had police one evening and 2 woman soliciting for drugs and sex. Mind you we were 3 women in town for a funeral. My 91 year old grandmother thought I was having money trouble and afraid something was gonna……

“Staff were super friendly and efficient. The room and whole hotel were very clean, even freshly mopped this morning before checkout! We requested a late checkout and they quickly responded to let us know it was possible. Very happy with our stay here and highly recommend if you’re ever in the area!”

“Clean and accommodating room. Unexpected amenities in bathroom. Everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and maintained even with the high volume of guests rotating in and out of the breakfast area. Will put this hotel at top of choices on our next visit to Shipshewana.”

“Room was clean, on first floor. Tree line prevented seeing the turnpike almost felt like in the country. Sign for hotel was smaller than expected, drove passed the first time. Breakfast was good, hot, with variety. Staff was friendly & helpful. If we come back to this area we will stay with Bestwestern plus!”
