Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent booking at your cabin. According to the information and photos on your website, the hotel was presented as clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, upon arrival, I found that the condition of the hotel was very different from what was advertised.
The room and facilities did not meet the standards described online, and as a result, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. Because of this, I decided not to stay at the hotel at all and left shortly after arriving.
Given that the hotel was not as described and I did not use the accommodation, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for my booking. My booking details are below:
