「This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. 「My husband, son and I stayed at this location while visiting family for the week. It was perfect and met all of our needs, including being a short drive from the people we were visiting. It was clean, very comfortable, had all the necessary appliances, cookware, etc. We slept very well in the beds and thoroughly enjoyed our days there when we were not out with family or seeing the city. Host was very responsive when I texted. Would absolutely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again....

「We did not actually stay at this property; due to a glitch we got double booked. When Cindy realized what had happened she offered us 3 other options for our stay at the same rate. The house we stayed in on Franklin Street was well appointed and taken care of. Cindy was very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend renting from her again!」
