I wish the Guest agent signed us a good higher room instead lower level 7 th floor this hotel has a 23 floors and we checked in Wednesday hotel has many rooms higher

I get it they are trying to do and attract customers in a certain way.
I will be thinking again twice to come here because is the room view experience.
My msg for you if you have a good occupancy in the hotel give them the best experience people will come back.
Are you trying to sell online lower price and when guest are comes sign them to a lowers rooms most likely they will not come back.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there
