"I stayed here whilst visiting my daughter in January 2025. Our room was spacious warm and had a super comfortable bed. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Would recommend if you are visiting the area."

"It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible!
