The studio apartment was exactly as advertisedLocation was spot on with just a small walk to the old town ,numerous bars and restaurants nearby and the outside space was great with sunloungers and table etc Inside was spotless and the host Martin kindly let us check in early which was a major plus for us going on a short break Would definately use again on our next visit Sue and Steve

Lovely clean apartment in Harbour Area adjacent to Montana Centre . Balcony gets sun all day , sun loungers / seats / umbrella all on hand . Great communication from host Martin . No issues what so all with my stay . Definitely be booking again when returning to PDC . Thanks again .

Excellent apartment, has everything you need. Lovely location with great views. Communication with Martin was easy and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again. There is a supermarket and a commercial centre virtually next door.

Loved the quiet location. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The air con was great in the evenings whilst sleeping…beds super comfortable. We will be planning another trip and this will certainly be our preferred choice.Communication with the owner was simple. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Lovely apartment with an amazing view in a great location. Quiet enough for a restful break but close enough to access many shops and restaurants on foot. The 161 bus was our go to for getting around the local area and very cheap. The marina is a 5 minute walk and the nearest beach around 15. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculate. The pool was usually quiet with plenty of sunbeds (2 on the balcony).Communication was easy with fast response. We’ll hopefully be back next year

Wonderful stay - lovely apartment, perfect for my solo hol. The apartment is a little dated so don’t expect The Ritz but was tremendous value for what I paid. Extremely clean and great communication beforehand from Martin too. Easy to access. The terrace had the sun all day which was fabulous. Location is very good, Old Town but steps wherever you go so not so good if you have any mobility issues. I personally enjoyed the exercise. I’d certainly book this lovely apartment again and, considering the price I paid, is up there with one of my best holidays. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and relaxing

Fantastic studio apartment very clean with everything you need for your stay. The balcony was a good size with sun beds and comfortable patio furniture and a great view. The complex was very quiet which made for a nice relaxing holiday. The communication with Martin was 1st class and check in was simple. Will definitely be back.

Great Studio Apartment

Bright and clean property with everything we needed for our stay. Keysafe entry was easy and we kept the keys with us. Single beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and tidy. Great position in the block with great views across to the sea.

Second time staying here. Ticks all the boxes. Great location.close proximity to bars / restaurants. Well managed. Great view. Sun trap balcony. Nice touch with the complimentary milk and water and friendly neighbours. What’s not to like.

Apartment was perfect had everything needed for a comfortable stay, lovely sun trap balcony and so peaceful its a great place for some rest and relaxation the only downside for me was the 80 odd steps back up the steep hill after going down into the town or beach, no fault of the apartment just a bit of a killer so not good if you have any breathing or mobility problems

Très bon séjour

L’appartement était très bien situé, Il y a tout le nécessaire pour vivre (épices, huile, sèche cheveux, parasol, informations pour les activités…etc). La piscine est top et un vrai plus ! Je recommande !

Petit studio très mignon, très bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Résidence calme, située légèrement excentrée mais très facilement accessible à pieds. Je recommande +++.

We have stayed at 2 other apartments on this complex so know it well. Good location for harbour, walking to Puerto Calero, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. Apartment itself was clean, tidy, sun trap terrace for sunbathing / having a drink/ meal. Comfortable bed. English Tv channels. Could do with a bit of an update- sofa / shower. We used the pool. Air conditioning was troublesome for the last few days, turned itself off a few times- WhatsApped property manager who told me to reset at fuse box. It still wasn’t blowing out as cold as it should but manager said it was being serviced after we left. We had a nice time and for the price would recommend.

Great stay

This is a lovely clean quiet comfortable apartment which gets the sun most of the day and you can see the sea from the balcony. The apartment contained everything you would need including free air conditioning, good WiFi and full uk to channels including sports. We enjoyed a few drinks in the Montana Tropical Centre and ate at Mario’s a few nights which was good. There is a Spar supermarket nearby too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin
