I like the quiet area, near to the beach, restaurants and shops at the same time! The flat was essential but all the necessary was inside. The maids were very kind and every day cleaned the flat. The swimming pool was great and having dinner in the terrace looking at the sunset was amazing!!

Enkelt men ok

Litet enkelt lägenhetshotell med det nödvändigaste för att kunna laga egen mat. Konstigt nog var rummet iskallt trots att det låg i sol mestadels hela dagen. Kanske fukt någonstans då det luktade lite unket.

we stayed at teneguia 28/08/18 to 04/09/18, and we had a wonderful week. The was adjacent to our apartment, "out of bed straight into the pool" lol, serious though we spent 10 days at h10 rubicon playa Blanca in June with our children and grandkids very posh but not the same athmosphere , def going back . Excellent

Had an excellent view of the mountains and the beach, we had the perfect apartment, very spacious and clean, I would recommend that if you were to go, go for apartment 11c, the best view in my opinion.

Spacious and clean

Lovely spacious apartments, friendly staff, local supermarket and close to all you need. Nice clean pool is a bonus too.

Nice apartments in quite area

Nice apartments in a quite area but only five minute walk to the beach ,bars and restaurants.Only complaint would be there should be more parosols around the pool area.

Great hotel, near beach, clean rooms.

Great hotel apartments on the fringes of the resort, but easily access restaurants and large beach. About 20-25 minutes walk to old harbour area, but plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the Atlantico centre within 10 mins walk. In summer you may need air conditioning which our room didn't have but in Spring months it was cool all day & night inside.

Very unimpressed on arrival. Terrible décor and dark.No shelves or ledges to put toiletries in bathroom. However we soon warmed to the place .Very clean, very quiet, it had everything we needed,facilities wise. It was just a 5 min walk to the strip. Fab. beach about 15 mins walk away.. We had a terrace and a court yard, plus a back yard with clothes line. The pool was 2 steps away. It became a home from home, but with good weather. Even the cat scratching at the door. Overall, very enjoyable stay.Good Wifi

Kleinschalig en vlakbij de boulevard

Een kleinschalig appartementencomplex op een paar minuten lopen van het strand. Meerdere kleine supermarkten op zeer korte afstand. De inrichting van de appartementen is al wat ouder maar de appartementen worden zeer goed schoongehouden. Dagelijks worden de bedden opgemaakt en er wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt. Er is gratis wifi in de appartementen. De tv werkt met munten. Warm water komt uit een kleine boiler; net (niet) genoeg voor twee achtereenvolgende douchebeurten. Voor het geld zeker een aanrader.

Muy buena situacion

Apartamento muy bien situado junto a zona de bares tiendas y restaurantes,asi como cercano a la playa, cerca pero suficientemente apartado del bullicio para poder descansar. Los de dos habitaciones eran amplios y comodos.

The hotel is in a decent location in Puerto del Carmen. There is a small shop one minute away and a bigger Spar 10 minutes away walking -near the main touristic area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the shame is that reception operates from 9h to 14h. Although there is a number in case you need them urgently. The rooms are basic, but clean and relatively comfortable. The sofas and beds are on the tough side, but they are acceptable for a budget place. The main issue for me was the wifi. It kept disconnecting and even when it worked it was difficult to even check my email or browse the internet. Also, the TV is small, quite dated and it operates with coins! It costs €2 for 24 hours and most of the channels are in spanish, so not good for my wife (she is English). For me, the best thing of the apartments are the balconies, especially the ones on the top floor apartments as they are quite big and have a partial sea view. The swimming pool is small, but clean and it does the trick. I was there for a week and there were always more than enough sun beds available.

Buena estancia pero los guiris impresentables

La estancia estuvo bien excepto varias noches que los guiris irlandeses son unos impresentables ya que llegaron dos noches con semejante pedal al hotel y hubo espectáculo despertandonos. Pero el comportamiento de estos alcohólicos es ajeno al hotel.

Prima apartement met voldoende voorzieningen om zelf te kunnen koken, op loopafstand van het strand. Wij vonden het netjes schoon. De inrichting was niet heel luxe, maar bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden.

ich empfehle dieses haus nicht weiter

die anlage ist in die jahre gekommen. hellhörig. direkt an einer befahrenen strasse, doppeldeckerbusse haben guten einblick in die zimmer. alte möbel, schimmel ( leider haben viele hotels dieses problem). mangelnder service, reinigung ohne erkennbaren rhythmus. handtücher eine widerliche katastrophe, alt und stark abgenutzt. küche ohne kaffeekanne und filter. haben uns eine kaffeemaschine gekauft und diese dem hotel dann überlassen. keine telefone im appartement. check in sehr freundlich, aber ohne sprachkenntnisse. als basislager für eine woche erträglich. einen längeren aufenthalt halte ich für nicht ratsam. ich empfehle das haus keinem meiner freunde, würde mich fremdschämen. wir hatten appartement 10 d unten, direkt am pool, wo auf grund der größe (kleine) der anlage auch andere gäste direkt vor diesem appartement liegen. diskretion unmöglich.

Quiet, Relaxing & Enjoyable

Quiet apartments set back off the road. Very secure with access only by key holders. Lovely pool although it was too cold to swin in in February! The apartment we stayed in is probably ready for a re-paint but would not put us off going back. The complex was very clean. We had maid service every day and our towels were changed half way through the week. It's a 10 minute walk max. to the strip where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Only 10 minute drive from airport and 10-15 Euro for the taxi. Definately would stay here again.
