This lovely homely 1 bedroom bungalow is situated in the new part of Puerto del Carmen close to numerous bars and restaurants. The living area is bright and spacious and has a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, leather sofa, dining facilities. Patio doors lead to the sun terrace with patio table and chairs leading out onto established gardens. The large communal pool has plenty of sun beds and offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Situated in an area of Puerto del Carmen that is completely flat, so is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties, no hills to climb. A sandy beach is only a 7 minute walk away, along with a good size supermarket and many bars, restaurants and shops. We have internet TV with a full selection of UK channels, films, series and sports plus channels in various languages. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a good selection of pots, pans and crockery for the days you want to eat at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, safety deposit box, mosquito netting on the window and stand up fan. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC, single wash basin, washing machine, hairdryer, bath towels are supplied. We provide cushions for the pool sunbeds along with pool towels.

Fabulous holiday

We loved our stay. Bungalow was spotlessly clean, new kitchen and bathroom very home from home vibe. Complex was really well maintained, workers were in every day tending the gardens and pool. The pool is good for swimming lengths which I did every day. Great location for the buzz of Puerto del Carmen or the quieter Matagorda. Look forward to returning again in the future.

Quiet stay

Apartment was adequate for our needs, although quite dated in side. Pool was quite cold - used once. Sunbeds are a bit worn and tatty.IPTV and internet was good. Location is quite close to the top of the main strip.

March. Holiday in the sun

We had a fab time in Lanzarote stayed for 9 nights and had great stay in Puerto Del Carmen . The apartment was great in a good location ,walking distance to everything check in and out really easy and had a great variety of bars and restaurants to suit all. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

We stayed here for 3 weeks between 19/11/2022 - 10/12/2022 to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary, the bungalow was everything that we needed.we were very pleased with it We will certainly return to this bungalow again.

This property for lovely for us, just a few minutes walk away for the supermarket and restaurants. We had a lovely outside space for the afternoon sun. The property was well furnished and had everything we needed including internet, a T.V. with English, Irish and sports channels.

Shortened stay due to Covid 19

This was our third long stay at Puerto Del Carmen, our first at this property. The apartment had everything we needed with a fully equipped kitchen, and through lounge. The bedroom was light and airy, and the walk in shower room also stored the washing machine. The small terrace had table and chairs, and equipment for drying clothes. The complex also had a swimming pool which is not heated, The complex is just a short walk to the main strip of shops,supermarkets, restaraunts, and bars. Unfortunately on our third week all of Lanzarote went into lockdown due to the Covid 19 virus, and unlike here you were NOT allowed out at all except to go shopping, and could not go out in pairs. For our last 5 days we were confined to the complex, as with all hotels and complexes all pools were roped off and sunloungers taken away. We were so fortunate that the TV was equipped to show all the latest films even those in the cinemas. Together with every channel you could think of as well as Netflix, and You Tube. We watched more films in our last three days than we have ever watched, the TV was a godsend. Our holiday was cut short by 5 days as the authorties closed the airport. The owner Sue was always concerned about our situation and kept in regular contact with us. We are returning next year with friends to a bigger property in Puerto del Carmen. However we have agreed with Sue we can tag on the 5 days that we lost at the end of our stay and return to her property again, which we are looking forward to do

Great property, naff town

The property was superb. Clean, spacious with a fabulous sun terrace. Puerto del Carmen is like a hot Blackpool. English and Irish bars everywhere and virtually all visitors were English speakers. Had trouble finding Spanish bars and restaurants, which we prefer.

modern apartment with every thing you would need for a stay here

We stayed at this apartment for eleven nights and could have stayed longer it is a top class apartment with all you could want. We self cater for most of our holidays and you can do this easy here its so well equipped it is a shortish walk down to the strip and a large spar supermarket there as well. We did walk to the lidl supermarket by the back roads but thats 40 mins away its a taxi back but they are very cheap. The complex is very quiet and clean and there is a pool. The owners are very helpful and informative and sue went out of her way after i lost the door key and she came to us and gave me a key and would not let me pay anything and she never berated me and was pleasant If you are looking for an apartment in this resort you will not be sorry you had this one

Had a wonderful time in this bungalow! The owners were very accommodating and helpful, the decor and facilities are perfect and the location is ideal. There really is nothing negative to say so I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a comfortable base in Puerto del Carmen.
