The Villa is in a perfect location, however the tiered condition was clear to see and was disappointing that the quality or condition was not clearly indicated in the description. Contact with the host was limited and brief and concerning nearing the start of the check-in resulting in Verbo needing to intervene. The bathroom had rust in the bath, door stop missing with the fixing screw still in the floor and damp showing on walls. Handles missing on the kitchen unit, painted work surfaces peeling. The pool was great but deep to all areas, the sun lounger cushions were disgusting, worn and full of sweat marks. The internal is clearly showing damp marks and very dated, the cleaners weee there when we arrived and the place was clean but no toilet rolls left and no welcoming pack. This is clearly in need of a refurbishment which could be superb. A disappointing stay, however the saving grace was the weather.
