Located in Los Marinos complex, New to the market from August 2018 is Casa Lauren two bedroom Bungalow, one with two single beds and one double bed, Recently renovated and furnished throughout including a new fitted kitchen to a very high spec and modern standard. Wifi, TV with English channels , air conditioning in the main bedroom, hairdryers , hair straighteners, coffee machine, washing and drying facilities . Ideally located across from the Biosfera Shopping centre, no need for a car hire everything within walking distance, 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the harbour old town. Part of complex with a shared pool which is heated in the winter months. This property is in a lovely spot in Puerto Del Carmen and very popular with repeat guests visiting time and again.

Great winter break

Overall a relaxing stay in a lovely apartment! Great location and the apartment was very quiet! Had everything you would need, but the only gripe would be you definitely need two sets of keys for the gates and apartment! And only constructive criticism would be to maybe change the bedding in the main bedroom to cotton making it feel cooler. Would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation and position to enjoy Puerto del Carmen

The property is just as described in the listing, easy to contact Julia and really friendly neighbours!! A really lovely community. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine too 👍 Only things to make our stay better would be a second set of keys and later checkout - some confusion between the listing and information received after booking. Would definately stay again 👍

Really nice 2 bed apartment.It is a fairly steep climb up a hill to get back from the beach and old town but lovely a quiet area with a sunny spot and partial sea views.

Lovely apartment

Lovely little apartment located in a great area. It had everything as stated in the website. Would certainly recommend to others and communication with the owner was hassle free. Hopefully we will return again.

Fantastic location, good size property in PDC

Stayed for a lovely week, location to the old town and beach is around 5 minutes each. We eat out on 4 occasions cooked the other nights sat outside in the terrace enjoying the evening warmth. I would recommend staying here. Good contact with Julie whenever we needed her, she replied quickly. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Top rate bed and shower.

Location-wise, this apartment was sited midway between the Biosfera shopping mall/open air theatre and the harbour end of the main strip. This meant that there was ready access to many restaurants and tourist facilities. An unexpected bonus, and something that I don't think has ever been mentioned in other reviews, was the grandstand view that we had of the New Year's Eve fireworks display from our patio. It was breathtaking. Inside the property was a good selection of crockery, cutlery and ovenware along with the expected toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and diishwasher. The high bar-type stools were not to our taste, but were necessary to eat from the counter-height kitchen worktop. the TV received all English main channels and just about all freeview channels and more if you knew how to work it. Internet connection was a bit clunky at times, but overall did not spoil our stay. The beds were amongst the most comfortable we have ever experienced in holiday accommodation and the shower was the biggest and best we have ever had. Outside there were four loungers at the front, one of which could only be used in the fully recumbent position because one of the adjustment supports broke, a table and four chairs, and three patio armchairs round the back in a shaded area. Also at the back was a laundry/washing facility. There was a communal swimming pool about 150 yards away which was entered using the community gate key. Keys (house key and community gate key) are picked up on arrival from a key box located about two hundred yards from the property. Key codes and very clear instructions are given by email before your arrival. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and have tried to give an honest appraisal of this most acceptable apartment.

Lovely bungalow, modern, clean, quiet but great location!

The bungalow is located on a quiet complex with a shared heated pool! Within 2 mins walk are a number of supermarkets, 5 mins to the beach and countless resteraunts. The property has been furnished and decorated to a high spec and has everything you need and more for the stay. The only room for improvement was the shower which was just a dribble when on hot, but we improvised and it wasn’t a major issue. Thanks for a lovely holiday. 😁

Great Property

Lovely bungalow, in a great location and nice quiet complex with a heated swimming pool. It is furnished and equipped out to a high standard, with all the little extras to make your stay memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Puerto del Carmen.
