Holiday Apartment, Beautiful one bedroom apartment, near to all amenities

The apartment is within the La Florida complex, in the old town in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The entrance is just of the main road, between the Purple Turtle Pub and the "Superdino" shop.
Entry to the complex is by a secure keypad system, which is changed every month. As you enter, there are three buildings with a total of 73 apartments,
Just follow the pathway past the pool and go up one set of stairs. There is a hallway which takes you to the apartment. Access to the apartment is via a key box situated on the wall.
On entering there is a bright fresh hallway, and immediately on the right is the bedroom. There are two comfortable beds and adequate storage space. There is also a safety deposit box within one of the cupboards.
Next on the right is the shower room / bathroom. Again, its very bright, and the shower is an easy walk in experience and has a powerful flow.
The main living area has a kitchen space with all the utensils you need to prepare food if you chose to do so. There is a dining table and chairs which seats three persons.
The flat screen TV has a huge UK and Ireland TV package, including many sports channels. (Many other languages are also catered for). There is also WiFi available in the apartment at no extra cost.
There is a fan to assist for the hot days, however as the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, it generally remains fairly cool at night.
The living area leads out onto a good sized south facing balcony. There are two sunbeds provided along with padded covers for them. There is also a table and three chairs.
The balcony looks down onto the lovely big pool which is open all year round.
