The apartment was very spacious. The view was perfect. The building looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The terrace walls were a bit of a mess with plaster flakes falling off daily. However this could have been due to the weather, which was pretty wet and cold.We had two weeks staying there which was comfortable enough. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable but the frame it sat in was not. It was too wide and my legs were bruised at the back trying to hoist myself out and over. Nice toilet and shower with the added bonus of a washing machine. I only needed to speak to the host once re clean towels, and that was resolved within a few hours.All in all it was a nice apartment with a lovely view and in a great position for the Strip and the Harbour. Great little eating place just opposite the Fariones Hotel called Flamingo. Great choices of food. Well worth a visit. We were a couple and for us there was plenty of room in the apartment.

Leider war der erste Eindruck nach der Ankunft so ernüchternd, dass wir überlegt haben, direkt wieder zu fahren. Das Appartement wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die angegebenen 95 m² entsprechen in Wirklichkeit eher 50–60 m² Wohnfläche plus ca. 12 m² Balkon – eine ziemlich deutliche Diskrepanz.Besonders enttäuschend:Bettlaken mit kleinen bräunlichen FleckenSchlafcouch für die dritte Person ungewaschen und nicht eingerichtet, Chipskrümel drauf, stark fleckig und sichtlich am Ende (defekt durchgesessen)Nur eine Decke für drei Personen vorhandenSehr lauter Kühlschrank – auf der Couch zu schlafen war für meine Frau wegen des Geräuschs unmöglich.Deutlicher Schimmel im Duschbereich (wurde glücklicherweise am nächsten Tag vom Management fachgerecht entfernt und neu versiegelt)Abblätternder Putz auf dem BalkonExtrem hellhörig – Nachbartüren und Fernseher klingen, als wären sie im eigenen WohnraumDazu kamen viele kleine, aber nervige Fehlstellen: fast keine Küchenutensilien in vernünftiger Anzahl/Zustand (z. B. nur ein kleiner Löffel), kein Schwamm, kein Waschmittel, keine Seife, keine Kaffeefilter – Dinge, die in dieser Preisklasse bei vielen anderen Unterkünften selbstverständlich sind.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Reaktion des Managements am nächsten Tag: Schimmel beseitigt, Couch bezogen, zusätzliche Decken und Handtücher gebracht – das hat die Situation deutlich entschärft.Fazit: Preis Leistung nicht stimmig

Good Location

Apartment in need of some updating, although well equipped. Disappointed no English TV channels, some noise from adjacent apartments.

Just What Was Needed

The outside of the property is nothing to write home about but inside it has all you need. Yes it could do with a little time spent fixings some plastering and a few broken floor tiles but overall we had a very pleasant stay. The memory foam mattress was not to my liking but that’s not to say the bed was uncomfortable. It was just a bit weird digging yourself out of the hole your body had made when you wanted to turn over. Overall we would not hesitate to come back for the price it was very much more than adequate.

Appartement propre et bien placé

L’appartement est très bien mais il n’y a aucune insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement à côté et surtout le chien laissé seul toute la journée.
