We are delighted to offer you our recently renovated and fully refurbished private villa in the tranquil and exclusive village of La Asomada, an upmarket holiday location in the southeast of Lanzarote. The pool terrace has been recently refurbished (Nov 21’) with a “Palmlounge,” featuring two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, LED floor lighting, tropical palms, retro-style overhead festival lighting, and a sunbathing terrace with sun-loungers and a sunshade area.
Our villa is located in a protected area and is 3-4 km away from Puerto Del Carmen, with top-ranked restaurants within a 2 km radius. Visit the volcanic mountain hikes, bike trails, and established sub-tropical gardens and bird bath to observe many colorful wild canaries and native birds. You'll have access to a separate alfresco dining area with a “sail shade,” a terraced sub-tropical garden, and a volcanic lava rock gas-fired barbecue area, all with LED floor lighting and retro-style overhead festival lighting. Our exclusive courtyard and shared car-parking have a sun-shaded roof, with native dragon cacti growing high above the enclosure.
The villa is inclusive of all pricing, including pool heating, full pay TV, and hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, and offers a fixed safe. Please note that we also have another smaller villa for two guests in the same area, available on the VRBO website.
