Church of St. Paul, Tickton, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Pevsner says "Built 1843-4 as a chapel of ease of Beverley Minster. No previous church in the village. Of ashlar. Chancel, nave, N vestry and porch, W bellcote. It cost £850 and is attributed to 'an amateur architect'. If so it is a most accomplished period piece in the Perp. style.."

St. Paul's Church, Tickton The Church of St. Paul at Tickton was built in 1843 at a cost of £800 which was raised by public subscription. There was previously a Primitive Methodist chapel in the village but St. Paul's now combines the two denominations and is known as 'Tickton Anglican Methodist Church'.

Damp smell throughout, furniture and furnishing were very cheap and aged. Disappointed with the quality versus what was advertised. Very small shower/barhroom, squeezed in. Not a premium or executive stay, very basic flat. For the cost, a hotel room would be a better option.

Sandholme Viaduct, Leven, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The brick parapet visible in the centre of the picture is where the Leven Canal crosses over the Burshill and Barff Drain. The three and a quarter mile long canal links Leven with the River Hull. It operated between 1805 and 1935 but is now closed to traffic and designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
