"We checked in late on Wednesday night and the front desk clerk provided the incorrect room number verbally and in written. My daughter & I were attempting to gain access to an already occupied room. Not a good thing!!!! I then went back to the office and was given the correct room number like it was no big deal. "

"The place was just OK, the staff was helpful when needed, the location was perfect for what we needed, but the condition of the hotel was not great. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, and I found hair on most of the clean towels. I had to request new ones. The design was clean and modern but spares."
