Staff were friendly throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little noisy from surrounding rooms at times. "Hotel is beautifully situated about 10 minutes from downtown Cortina. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the hotel and is relatively available upon request. You may experience a short wait if the shuttles are being occupied by other guests. The staff is amazing and well-informed. They are always eager to help or assist with any inquiries or task. A huge shout out to Clorinda (our appointed waitress) who waited on us from the beginning of our stay. She's so sweet, polite and would go out of her way to accommadate us. Always ready to great us with a smile and a hug. Salvatore (bar manager) was amazing too! Overall, great staff all around!"
