「This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. 「Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. 「We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again.」

「We stayed here over Memorial Day and really loved the property! It’s clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. We had a really bad storm and she was quick to respond with some concerns. There is a well stocked dollar store walking distance from the house if you forget a few things. We had our dogs and the fenced yard was stable and safe for them. We will definitely come back! Thank you!」

「Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. 」
