All of your money was posted to your account. You were paid up to check out on the 19th and you refused to leave . We had to have you removed from our property. You had the receipt in your hand and still argued and treated our staff very badly. You checked into our hotel on the 14th and was due to check out on the 19th. I do not know why you think that you paid up until the 20th because your receipt clearly showed that what you paid was posted and you were due to check out on the 19th. You could have paid for another night and checked out on the 20th but you refused to pay to stay.

You checked into our hotel on 12-14 and you paid for 2 days. You then came to the front desk on the 16th and paid for 3 more nights which put you checking out on the 19th. You were not checked into the new reservation that you had booked for the 16th - 20th because you did not tell the desk clerk that you had made a reservation and that you needed to check back in with a new reservation. So you assumed that you were paid up to the 20th when you were not and your receipt on the 16th clearly showed that you were due to check out on the 19th. The desk clerk was very professional in trying to explain this to you and you would not listen to what she was trying to explain to you. Our desk clerk was cursed at and disrespected beyond belief. She then called the law to have you removed from our property. One thing we do not tolerate is our employee's taking abuse from anyone. We do not tolerate a hostile environment for any of our employee's. If you wanted to stay another night all you had to do was pay for that extra night which you had not paid for. No one took any money from you and I have no clue where you even get that from because everything you paid was posted to your account. Look at your receipt and just in case you did not get it I have emailed it to you.
