Clean and renovated rooms. Very close to the high way yet rooms are quiet. There is a nice big lake near to the property. Staff is courteous and respectful. There was simple morning breakfast. This place is nice to stop by during a long trip or if you are just visiting. Bed was neat and comfortable. Property is being maintained well. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa. I highly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Dear, Quality Inn Tifton Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions of my recent stay at Quality Inn in Tifton, Georgia. I booked a room with having reservations for five nights, expecting the advertised amenities, including a handicap-accessible unit with a pool, and hot that did not work at all. There bed was very hard they need new mattresses. As I am on crutches and use a cane, this was crucial and discomforting for me, especially since I drove 14 hours from Michigan to attend my father’s funeral. Upon arrival, I encountered numerous issues. The room was in a disgraceful state: the light fixtures were broken and being repaired for over two hours, the showerhead was clogged and unclean, the carpet smelled of animals and was visibly dirty, and the sheets were not clean. I had to lay on top of the comforter, and the furniture was dusty; no housekeeping was provided. Furthermore, the pool area, which was listed as an amenity, was not at all what was advertised. This was a complete failure of the standards I expected from Choice Hotels. Given the distress and inconvenience, especially in the midst of a family tragedy, I request a full refund for my stay. I have attached video evidence of these issues for your review. I trust that Choice Hotels will address this promptly and ensure that no future guest has to endure such conditions. Room was dirty, stains on blankets snd towels. Bathmat turned brown when placed on the bathroom floor. Lots of physical damage to property needing paint and repairs. Didn't have beverages/water at breakfast. Pool wasn't open on Sunday because of "chemicals" Lots of people smoking marijuana all over the property.

The hotel was antiquated, the room had a mold problem it smelled when we turned the AC on it helps a little but that smell was in my clothes and my dogs fur not pleasant. Bathtub was leaking pain peeling off the tub, refrigerator froze up. Did not feel safe there

At check-in we had 2 rooms to chose from, both rooms were filthy, dirty, unsanitary, and no elevator for going to the 2 floor. Check-in area was clean, attendant was nice at check-in, both rooms we received were nasty with thick dust, beds were really dirty, dead bugs all over the floor and around the sleeping area, floors were sticky dirty, and rooms stank of filth and cigarette smoke Oder. Do not recommend this hotel. Will never recommend this place to anyone, very unsanitary. Front desk gentleman gave us a refund and we found another place to stay for the rest of our stay in TIFTON Georgia.
