Bellevue apartment is located on the first floor and has a private parking space for your car. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The house is located in the district of Oldesio in Tignale. In just a few minutes' walk (approx. 1 kilometer but steep) or drive (approx. 2 kilometers) from the center of Gardola you will find everything you need for daily needs such as bakers, butchers, supermarkets, newspaper and tobacco products, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants and the post office, Bank, gas station, doctor and pharmacy! There is also a weekly market and, during the season, various interesting events such as a medieval market, music events, guided hikes, art exhibitions and much more!
The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car.
