In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01. Dec. - 30. Apr.. Public car park at 200 m, extra. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 5 m, bakery 10 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities, ski school 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes Val d'Isère. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Nightclub/disco close by 150 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked.
    2-room apartment 39 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), flat screen. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

LOVELY APARTMENT

Very comfortable and clean. Rare to find somewhere that has an oven and kettle but this apartment has everything you could wish for and is central to the resort for all your needs. Would recommend this as a great family base.

Buen apartamento

Buen apartamento en el centro de Val Claret, buena distribución y todo funciona bien. Balcon con acceso desde el comedor y la habitación. Como punto negativo la suciedad. Interhome no se encarga de hacer la limpieza inicial ni se encarga de inspeccionar el estado de limpieza del apartartamento antes de entregarlo. En este caso la cocina sucia, el lavabo sucio, pelos en la ducha, polvo en los muebles…. Si lo comentas en la oficina pierdes una mañana esperando que vengan a limpiarlo.

Appartement rénové, central, belle vue montagne

Appartement situé en plein centre ville de Val-Claret, à deux pas des commerces, des restaurants et de l'office du tourisme. Il permet de profiter du marché et de toute les animations du centre ville de Val-Claret. Bonne disposition des pièces en U avec grand séjour, espace lits superposés, et chambre. Cuisine aménagée et belle loggia ouvrant sur chambre et salon. Bon équipement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Copropriété au pied des pistes. Mais un quart d heure des piou piou à pied et non précisé. Séjour super agréable et neige top. Ns reviendrons.
