Unit Layout
You will find a 4-room apartment with a total area of 75 square meters on the 1st floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a flat-screen TV. There are three separate bedrooms: one room with two 80 cm beds, another room with two 80 cm beds, and a third room with two 80 cm beds that has a window overlooking the living room. The apartment features a fully renovated interior with very comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. The kitchen is open and modern, featuring an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a supply of NESPRESSO capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, you will have access to a washing machine and a dryer. Internet connectivity is provided through free WiFi. A reserved parking space (number 27) is available, which is roofed and suitable for one car with a height of up to 200 cm.
