The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Tihany. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (350 m).
