K-38 is one of the BEST surfing spots in all of Baja with LONG, rolling waves for some of the longest rides you'll experience. You'll feel you're right out in the waves from the condo!

PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS, groceries, and fun places and things to do within a short drive! Ask us about amazing places for the whole family nearby and right on the water. Top brunch so close!

There is a 4 page mandatory Club Marena Agreement Form/Guest List we will email to you before arrival. Guests NEED TO FILL IT OUT and email it back to us. Then you will need to PRINT A HARDCOPY to give to the guard at the gate upon check in at Club Marena. He will check it over and upon entering you will go down just a bit past the circular to turn left near the building to space 701 LB on the left. (3rd space from the far end).There is one designated parking area which is almost directly below the condo and elevator.
Entry is level & easy. Once to the 7th floor, it is the unit to the left of the elevator. The lock box is to the right of the door. We will get you the code upon arrival.

You probably won't want to leave the complex as it is so fun, relaxing and beautiful.
But if you do, there is PLENTY to do nearby!

LATE CHECKOUT options may be available for an additional amount, but if no prior arrangement, guests will be charged $50 per late hour.

Guests are expected to comply with all of the Club Marena conduct/policies as per the signed agreement.

La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y con agua PURIFICADA.

4k TV de 65" sobre la acogedora chimenea de gas en la sala de estar (con un sofá grande para disfrutar relajándose o viendo películas).

4k TV de 58 "sobre la chimenea en el dormitorio principal. También puede girar el televisor para mirar desde la bañera de hidromasaje en el dormitorio principal.

TONELADAS de espacio para gabinetes en la cocina y espacio para guardarropas en las habitaciones.

CLUB MARENA, "EL BEVERLY HILLS DE BAJA"

La unidad se encuentra dentro de uno de los entornos más SEGUROS, FAMILIARES y mejor cuidados de toda Baja California.
Completamente cerrado y con guardias de seguridad las 24 horas en el terreno.

Exuberantes áreas de césped para pasear a lo largo de la costa, áreas para sentarse y relajarse o hacer una barbacoa mientras disfruta de la belleza.
El área de la piscina con piscina para niños y jacuzzi tiene vista al acantilado: ¡espectaculares áreas de observación! (NOTA: los huéspedes solo tienen acceso al ÁREA DE LA PISCINA SURESTE. La piscina noroeste es solo para propietarios o inquilinos a largo plazo).

K-38 es famoso: uno de los MEJORES lugares para surfear en toda Baja con olas LARGAS y ondulantes para algunos de los paseos más largos que experimentará.
Lo mejor de todo es que es PRIVADO: no hay mucha gente, ya que no hay acceso a menos que los surfistas se alojen en el Club Marena.

Una vez en el Club Arena, se registrará con el guardia en la puerta. Él revisará la lista de reservas de invitados y al entrar, bajará un poco para girar a la izquierda cerca del edificio al espacio 701 LB a la izquierda. Hay un área de estacionamiento designada que se encuentra casi directamente debajo del condominio y el elevador.
La entrada es nivelada y fácil. Una vez en el 7º piso, es la unidad a la izquierda del ascensor. La caja de seguridad está a la derecha de la puerta. Le daremos el código a su llegada.

Probablemente no querrá dejar el complejo, ya que es muy divertido, relajante y hermoso.
Pero si lo hace, ¡hay MUCHO que hacer cerca!

¡CLUB MARENA no es un lugar ruidoso de fiesta para beber! Es una elegante comunidad cerrada, perfecta para familias, escapadas románticas y surfistas.
Se espera que los invitados cumplan con todas las políticas/conducta de Club Marena.
Hay una lista de invitados y un acuerdo que debe ser firmado.
El número máximo de invitados es de 5 adultos Y niños menores de 9 años.
