This is a big and spacious gated and secured ocean front private property in downtown Rosarito Beach. It features 4 newly renovated bedrooms. All bedrooms are separate and each have their private entrance. This house can be booked separately by rooms or you can book the house all together as one.

Your shared spaces are a 5,000 sq foot patio, a pool and Jacuzzi, a large full kitchen with major appliances, a bar, and a dining room that seats 35 people. This is a big house with a lot of outdoor space and amenities for entertaining, cooking or simply enjoying a sunny day at the beach.

Suites 1 & 2 are on the 1st level and they both have 2 full beds, a full bathroom and their own terrace. These are equipped with a/c units for an extra fee and they both fit 4 guests.

Suite 3 is on the 2nd level and has a queen bed, a full bathroom, its own balcony with ocean view and its own kitchenette with a dinning table. This suite has a ceiling fan and an a/c unit for an extra fee. This suite fits 2 guests.

Suite 4 is on the 2nd level and has 2 fulls beds and a full bathroom. This suite has a ceiling fan with no a/c unit. This room is a little more spacious with higher ceilings but more separate from the other suites. This suite fits 4 guests.
No smoking inside any rooms. No Parties allowed. Events must be authorized and may incurr in additional costs. This is a private property, absolutely no outside visitors allowed, they are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No Open-invite gatherings. No loud music inside or outside the rooms. Remember, there are other guest that also want to enjoy their vacation time. Indecent behavior will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to others. Pets are not allowed. Please keep quiet time from 11pm to 8am. Before check-out, leave your room as clean as possible. Empty the fridge at check out. Your dishes should be cleaned and left out to dry. The garbage bags go in the trash cans next to the gate entrance. If your dishes are not cleaned and/or your trash is not taken out, there will be an additional $45 cleaning fee. Please leave your dirty towels in the bathroom. Please, no Fireworks anywhere near the property. Please pick up after yourself and don't leave your trash and unfinished food behind. Follow pool and Jacuzzi hours. No Glass containers inside or around the pool or Jacuzzi area. People under 10 years of age are not allowed in the the Jacuzzi. There are no lifeguards on premises, parental supervision is required at all times. No Diving in the pool or Jacuzzi. Please use a proper bathing suit. (No Denim or cotton cloth, no jeans or cut off shorts. No sports bra, compression shorts or boxers. No see through or transparent clothing including swimsuits) Do not leave trash on the Beach. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items brought to the property. Administration accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any valuables, (including vehicles or valuables left inside vehicles).
